There are neighborhoods in Las Vegas that are pristine, glitzy and obviously flourishing, while certain other areas are woefully unsightly and even depressing. The depressed areas are deficient and have not attracted new business investments on par with the flourishing areas. Thus the burden on the taxpayers living in those deficient areas is multiplied.

Economic Development must be balanced in order for all residents of Las Vegas to have an equal opportunity and the ability to prosper.

As Mayor, I will make certain all areas, neighborhoods and communities are as well developed as the most attended areas of Las Vegas.

We will ensure that the infrastructure is adequate and appropriate for businesses that may want to establish presence in any area of Las Vegas.
